Allen County Farm Park

The Allen County Farm Park was created in 1982, through a 90 year, no cost lease agreement with the Allen County Commissioners and the Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District. The lease consisted of a 45 acre tract of land that was originally part of the Allen County Home. In 2003 an additional 18.8 acres were added to the 45 acres by a donation from the Park District Foundation of Allen County bringing the total to 63.8 acres.
