Join your hometown naturalists for an evening of fun with nature! We’ll sing songs, play games, ask questions, experience live animals, and more. Drawing from exciting educational programs throughout the year, the naturalists are pulling all the stops to help you enjoy nature in the park!
Always a favorite, EZ & Co will finish up our great Summer Series with fantastic harmonies of jazz, gospel and classics from the 60’s and 70’s, these talented musicians and vocalists will delight us with their musical harmonies.
Turning melodies into memories. Local, seasoned musicians, led by Jim Boedecker, will be playing the classics from the 70’s. Any “Boomer” will immediately remember the words to all their favorite songs, Join us for a rockin’ good time!
Talented, singer, songwriter, musician, artist, naturalist, puppeteer and all-around crazy guy, Chris Rowlands will bring his “A” game and friends to entertain us with his songs about the natural world and his life experiences. Kids, ages 5-12, are invited to explore life in a creek. We will be searching the creek for clues of who lives there by using dip nets and hand lenses. Be prepared to get wet and muddy. Wear old clothing and water shoes, rubber boots or old gym shoes. Register by Aug. 3.

Join us for a wee bit of traditional Irish music, played by seasoned professionals. Toraigh's repertoire draws on much of the century-old traditional dance music and ballads of Ireland and Scotland and other Gaelic lands. You won’t be able to resist the urge to clap your hands along with the playful sounds of the traditional instruments.

A perennial favorite, Mr. Puppet is back and ready to entertain us with his cast of puppet characters. In the entertainment business since 1996, Mr Puppet has honed his comedic timing and ability to relate to children and adults all in the same show.
