Brendan Shirkey is the Research Coordinator for Winous Point Marsh Conservancy and oversees many research projects involving flora and fauna of the Conservancy. He has been involved in numerous bird surveys on Lake St. Clair and Lake Erie and assists with monitoring shore bird populations.
