Boasting up to 120 “shooting stars” per hour, this is one of the northern hemisphere’s best meteor showers of the year! We’ll begin by listening to a presentation by the Lima Astronomical Society, then watch for meteors and view other celestial objects through telescopes! We will use the heated Roebuck Shelter to warm up as necessary, but please dress for the weather. This event is dependent on weather and cloud cover; check the Lima Astronomical Society website for cancellation prior to the event. Register by Dec. 12.
